The Disciple-Making Operating System

We believe every follower of Jesus is called to become a disciple who makes disciples. Discipleship is not an optional program for the highly committed; it is the normal expression of life with Jesus. Modern Day Disciple Maker exists to help churches make that conviction practical, repeatable, measurable, and sustainable. We provide a strategic framework designed to help church leaders transition from stagnant ministry activity to active spiritual multiplication. We have identified a critical "operating system" failure in modern churches, where a lack of clear definitions, pathways, and accountability prevents effective disciple-making. To resolve this, we provide a high-touch workshop and coaching framework that brings disciplined execution, leadership alignment, and visual tracking tools — including multiplication genealogies — into the life of the local church. Our methodology emphasizes measurable results, encouraging pastors to move beyond general attendance metrics toward "winnable games" fueled by lead measures and consistent accountability. By utilizing our specialized app and inductive study resources, leadership teams can identify and overcome common execution pitfalls to build a sustainable culture of reproduction. Overall, these resources serve as a professional toolkit for "installing" a functional, transparent system for fulfilling the Great Commission.

A follower of Jesus, a husband, a father, an engineer, an executive leader, and a Disciple-Maker with a calling to help pastors execute the Great Commission in the 21st Century.

"I have known Jesus for most of my life, but for many years I had a private faith while I pursued worldly success and achievement. Underneath it all, there was a quiet restlessness. Something was missing.

Everything changed when I was challenged to read the Bible cover to cover and finally surrendered control of my life to Christ. I was baptized in a public lake in Delaware back in 2005, found a peace I had never known before, and began to understand that my life was meant for more than worldly pursuit.

Today, I am the spiritual leader of my family, and I am using the skills I developed in Corporate America to help local churches change the world through disciple-making."

The Discipleship Manifesto captures the heart, calling, and vision behind Modern Day Disciple Maker. It is a short, practical expression of why this mission matters—and what it could look like to disciple one person per year for life.

Has the Church decommissioned the Great Commission?
Why don't we see more evidence of discipling making movements happening in the 21st century? In churches today, we measure attendance and the offering down to the penny, but do we know how many people are actively discipling someone in our churches?
Are we one generation away from losing the Church?
In a world of selfies and consumerism, the workers are few and the call to 'go make disciples' becomes optional. There are 5 pitfalls that might be contributing to the challenges we face to make disciples in the 21st century.
